    I have a deadlift question/squats

    I recently about 5 months ago pulled my lower back at work and just starting this week starting too do deadlifts and squats again do you think these exercises help with your abs also cause when i do deadlifts i really feel it there also and i want too make sure im doin it right

    Not really sure what the Q is but ill give it a go

    Yes, DL and squats will work your abs hard, mainly TVA and obleques

    Squats and deads are two of the best core exercises you can do.

    To keep proper form and have ur back straight u need immense core strength so deads and squats do well for ab strength
