3 day split, what cardio and when?

i split my training over 3 days...

    chest and triceps

    back and biceps

    shoulders and abs

i am currently bulking quite successfully with a good diet but my problem is i do no cardio and i feel my fitness level has dropped significantly.

any recomendations as to what cardio i could do that would not hinder my muscle gains and what times would be most suitable. i do my weight training in the evening. thanks!

Without getting all technical, any cardio is good. Run/elliptical/bike etc. The debate over when, how much, what kind for max muscle can go on forever. Just get some in & keep your heart healthy. I like doing a.m. cardio for about 45 min when I workout in the evening. Try different things & see what works for you. If you don't want to do on workout days do it on your off days.
I don't see legs in your 3 day above. You're training legs too I hope?

    1 - legs / chest (flys only)
    2 - back / calves
    3 - shoulders / arms
    4 - light cardio / core

varies for me depending on my work schedule. if i work an evening shift, i'll do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning first thing. 130 bpm / 45 min - a nice easy stationary bike ride while watching Saved By the Bell / Fresh Prince on TBS. if i work a morning shift i'll take my own bike out and ride the trails or just ride around the park / city - usually about an hour ride and heart rate monitor shows an average of 160 most times.

training cardio days isn't a problem. i wouldn't recommend it right before or right after lifting, but a morning / evening split. give yourself time to recover a little bit and refuel your body with food.

    thanks man
so really cardio on a lifting day 1st thing in the morning will not affect my training or gains as i train in the evening?
and will cardio on an empty stomach effect my gains also? as im quite lean and main aim is to bulk?
