    Tweak

    Im currently doing
    mon-chest/triceps
    tue-back/biceps
    wed-off
    thurs-shoulders/forearms
    fri-legs/core
    sat-off
    sun-off

i know this would be sufficiant but i really want to train more biceps,is there anyhwhere i could fit it in without over training?

Also as i have 3 off days i feel as if i should be doing more..

what's with people wanting to do biceps all the time??

working out each muscle once a week isn't sufficient for me. when training really heavy (not that i'm the world's strongest man), i like to go with a 4 / 5 day routine. are you doing any sort of cardio ?

You don't need anymore Biceps, the best I could say is add some days to your routine. I lift 6 out of 7 days (never had an over training issue). So I do Biceps and Back days apart. But with the way you are training, the Biceps are going to get ample work following back. Not to mention the Biceps are a smaller group of muscle bellies in relation to say your Triceps that they are direct contrast with. The Biceps will never become 'HUGE' unless you are genetically prone to it or unless a steady diet/training/aas cycle is worked with (possibly for years).

    I do:

    Day 1: Back
    Day 2: Chest
    Day 3: Legs
    Day 4: Biceps
    Day 5: Triceps
    Day 6: Shoulders
    Day 7: Rest

Never had an issue, but people always try and tell me that I train to often, like me listening to my own body is more difficult then them understanding my body from passed down 'hypothetical' theory.
