Hey guys ive been pretty much messing around for the past 2 years, doing pretty much bench press and arms (yeh i know) probably once every two week and taken breaks and what not. Yeh I had no good diet either and havent really gained too much on my bench. Ive done squats about 6 times in my life and deadlifts 5.
Im want to go serious and was thinking if i should start rippetoes? Im guessing I wont gain too much on the bench cos ive done it many times? Would rippetoes or a 4 day split be best?
