    Back workout Routine(need insight)

    Stats: Age-33,Height-6'2",Weight-222pounds,6+yrs of training

Hey Guys, i have a question about the Back workout routine

This is what i do for my back(including lower)

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets 8-12 reps...
    Deadlift
    bent over barbell rows
    pull ups
    hyperextensions
    rows
    good mornings
    Gym doesnt have t-bar rows

    change them every week

So my question is is there any routine that i can surprise my back including above excercise,
Other question is this girl wants to train with me and does the sameback concept applyfor the girls too with less weights or they are suppose to do other back excercises
    any suggestions welcome
    thanks

Do you have a pull over machine at ur gym?

I like to blast my lats with drop sets on that, would make a nice pre-exhaust

Your gym DOES have Tbar rows - fact, it has probably the best Tbar row you can use

Stick an olympic bar in the corner of the gym so that one end is stuck in the corner and the other end is pointed out.

Put a few 25lbs plates on the 'sticking out' end.

Grab the V apparatus from the machine row and slide it under the bar as a handle.

The heavier you go (more 25's) the more likely you may need to toss a 100lb dbell on the end in the corner to keep it from jumping...

Old School rows...Coleman, Zane, Franco style.

    Welcome.

    EXACTLY!

More people need to focus more on old school t-bars and pullups rather than lat pulldowns and machine rows. Big ol Jay Cutler who just won the Olympia credits his back to oldschool t-bars.

    Rack deadlifts
    Bent over rows
    Pull ups/lat pull down
    T-bar rows
    Seated cable rows

Are the staples in my back workout.
