I work each muscle once a week, I find this to be the best way to be proportional and get the best workout for every muscle. Also this is the best way to avoid overtraining by hitting each muscle only once a week. Some muscles like bis/tris may get hit twice a week but you only hit them directly once a week.
I would like to hear some opinions on how many working sets you guys do (Not including warm up sets) Also state how many times you work out each muscle a week and tally up how many sets you do per muscle in that week.
Chest - 12
Back - 14
Shoulders - 12
Arms - 8 Biceps, 8 Triceps
Legs - 14
Also it takes me about an hour to complete a full workout. Hour and a half max.![]()
