Hey guys,
I am slowly getting ready to start my Test E only cycle and I am trying to get everything ready. So, I wanted to ask what do you (experienced) members would suggest as far as type of exercise performed to achieve the maximum results. I definitely do not want to leave out any muscle group, especially for these three months when I will be training using AAS.
So far these are my choices:
Deadlift
Squat
T-bar Rows
Super Wide Lat Pulls
Barbell biceps curl
Palm up pull down
D-bell shrugs
Incline d-bell bench
Flat barbell bench
Dips
Triceps pull down
D-bell lunges
Calf raises
Prone Leg Curls
Military D-bell press
Rear Delt D-bell pulls
Any additional suggestions would be appreciated!
