going on my first cycle of sustanon only 5'11 190 heres my workout routine
mon chest/bi's/forearms 4sets bench 6-8 reps /3 sets of incline dumbbell 8-10 reps decline and flat flys 3 sets 10-12 reps... bi's 4 sets barbell curls 8-10, 3 sets incline db curls 10-12 reps, some type of cable curl 3 sets 15-20 reps

wed: back/tris/abs need a good back workout/ tri's weighted dips 3 sets 8-10 reps
overhead cambered bar extension 3 sets 8-10reps rope pressdown 3 sets 10-12reps
thurs:legs/calves ... squat 4x6-8reps stiff leg dead lift 4 by 6-8 reps leg extension 3 sets 10-12reps/ 3 sets leg curls 10-12 reps
fri: shoulders traps seated military press 4 sets 8-10 reps arnold presses 3 sets 10-12 lateral raise 3 sets 10-12
