    Walk/Jog/Sprint for Cardio during Cutting

Beginning a cutting phase and need some input.
I do 30mins of cardio after each workout. On a treadmill at 3.5mph and 8 grade HR is around 120. At 6mph 2 grade heart rate between 145 and 155. I have yet to try HIITS and I'm wondering which is best for burning off the fat during a cutting phase.

    Thanks for the input.

i would suggest not doing cardio directly after lifting weights, you can do it before or in the mornings at a separate time, as for the type of cardio i would suggest sprints over jogging, sprint(about 85%) for 1 minute walk for 2 and repeat several times, sprinting is the most efficient way to burn fat

Cardio increases AMPK. AMPK blunts protein synthesis. Cardio+resistance training=bad.

If you keep your post-workout cardio low-moderate intensity, you can avoid this.

cardio pwo seems to be most effeicent to people.

why. not everyone has time to do it in the morning.

and there are articles floating around that pwo cardio seems to be more effective.

Due to time constraints I'm having to break up the workout regardless. 250 pushups and a light 3 mile jog in the morning, between 4 and 6 times a week. No cardio pwo. Seems to be working pretty well.
