    Mass building for?

Hey guys... I am looking for some mass building exercise for abs, side obliques, lateral deltoids and rear deltoids.

EDIT: Ok... what I meant is that I am looking not for some exercises but some of the most effective for these muscle groups. Some that will allow me to use and add more weight resistance.

    Thanks guys.

Yeah... I haven't done any indivudial AB work either. I always thought that they get their ass kicked while squatting, deadlifting and some other exercises. At least it feels like it. Maybe I shouldn't worry about abs till I cut down.

    Thanks for the input man.

Help me out, post your workout up here, and stats, including age, also what you want to accomplish and how much time and energy you are willing to spend to accomplish it.

Keep in mind we all have abs, just, they aren't gonna show up unless you're sitting at 10-12% bodyfat. Deadlifts / squats / benchpress hit your core hard.

When it comes to abs, I can never just say "ok, the next 30-45 minutes I'm working out ab's only"... Try supersetting ab workouts into your daily routines, that's always worked for me.

^Thats pretty much it right there..But I will do a few sets of abs after leg day once a week..Heavy deads and squats will blast your core imo

double up what bigboomer and jypoll said...specifically FRONT squats with no belt. Also overhead presses....you can get into some power stuff if you so like which will get co-contraction of the deep abs.
