anyone on here train some bodyparts 2ce a week ?
training 5 days and hitting weaker points twice ?
i want to try hitting some bodyparts twice a week but dont know if i will be wasting my time.
monday: shoulders & 2 tricep exercises
tuesday: back & 2 bicep exercises
wednesday : chest & legs
thursday : bicep & 2 back exercises
friday : tricep & 2 shoulder exercises
hitting the mojors on that day about 3 exercises for 4 sets and 10-12 reps or might pyramid it from 12 to 6 going down set by set.
so you recon i should give this a shot ??
