Thread: any of you hardgainers train bodyparts twice a week ?

    Arrow any of you hardgainers train bodyparts twice a week ?

    anyone on here train some bodyparts 2ce a week ?
    training 5 days and hitting weaker points twice ?
    i want to try hitting some bodyparts twice a week but dont know if i will be wasting my time.
    monday: shoulders & 2 tricep exercises
    tuesday: back & 2 bicep exercises
    wednesday : chest & legs
    thursday : bicep & 2 back exercises
    friday : tricep & 2 shoulder exercises
    hitting the mojors on that day about 3 exercises for 4 sets and 10-12 reps or might pyramid it from 12 to 6 going down set by set.
    so you recon i should give this a shot ??

    I do when I'm on anabolic support. Now it's a 2on1off.

    So do you not train lower body?

    im training naturall at the moment and what do you mean by 2on1off ??
    i do train lower body with chest
    il do 4 sets low squats
    and 4 sets calf raises.
    im not really interested in bulking up my legs but like to train them still just not as hard as some other bodyparts.

    2 days I train 1 day I'm off and so on and so fourth.

    Are they well developed or what? I didn't even see the "legs" on Wednesday but if you are giving everything else 110% you shouldn't neglect your lower body.

    they just seem to be the strong part of me and seem to add size alot easyer than the rest of me so i dont want to be out of perportion.
    do you know or have done any good 5 day splits for a natural trainer looking for top results ?

    Just because a bodypart adds size easily is no reason to neglect it. I am a natural and lift a 5-6 day split:

    Sunday: Shoulders
    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Shoulders
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Arms/Abs (if i feel like going that is)

    Shoulders are in there twice recently because I want to add some mass on them. I vary it up to hit a bodypart twice if necessary. As for reps and particular exercises they change almost every workout as my body does not respond well if they don't change.
