Cardio & Recovery ???
On a 5 on 2 off rotation.
Do you folks feel it would hurt recovery time if I was to knock out another 40 mins of a low impact cardio on my 2 off days. I need to shed a bit of fat, but am not going to commit to a full blown cutting phase yet.

Height: 6,3
Weight: 275
BF%: 99
Cycle Exp: rookie
PCT Knowledge: lots of reading
Training Exp: 15 years
Diet: ?

if you wanted to shed fat you would be doing 20 mins of high impact rather than 40 mins of impact
