training
how many sets should i do for chest, i do chest once a week, and i train chest 1 week with all free weights, so barbell, and dumbells all flat (decline) then the following week i use cable weights. Then after that i go back to free weights but on incline using barbells and dumbells for top chest. then back to cabels, thats my months routine. any suggestions or ideas ?
