    workout while on cycle

    i just wanted to know am i supposed to split my workouts while im ŽonŽ i
    want to get 100% of the juice. i got my diet but not the workout.

    1 muscle group per day?
    2 muscle groups per day?
    can i train twice a week the same muscle group?

    appreciate your help, btw ill run test+dbol +equipoise (my second cycle).

    I've been training 11 years seriously 2groups/day twice a week. Made great progress. But I had to work up to it. It is not for the faint of heart. How long have you been training? How much progress have you made? What's your routine like? Why wouldn't you train just as hard off-cycle?
