Anyone else do these? I want to keep my body guessing and it is getting to the point where I need to change things up. So I figured this month I would do super sets 5 times a week this next 4 weeks. Any thoughts?

i superset everytime i go to the gym.. for the last 5 years... only way i roll
I love supersets and drop sets. Great change of pace.
supersets only for me, I love keeping my heart rate up and leaving the gym absolutely dead. Dont know what your BF% is but Im sure it will drop!
