work out Critiques anyone
Monday - 1 mile run, biceps, triceps
Tuesday - 1 mile run, quads, hamstrings, abs
Wednesday - 2 mile run, shoulders, lower back
Thursday - chest, abs
Friday - 1 mile run, upper back, calves
Saturday - 3 mile run, forearms, abs
Sunday - off

Really unconventional routine. What are your goals and current stats?

Hopefully your running after your weight training but by reading your post I assume not. In the future, hit the cardio after the weights to reap the most benefits of both. What actually exercises are in that routine? Just looking at that it seems like a lot of tiny muscles are wasting good compound movement time.

terrible workout, for any goals. Please post your age/ht/wt/bf and tell us what you are trying to accomplish.

Goals will dictate your routine, unless youre training for a short run, situp, and arm wresting triathalon those are some pretty odd splits.
