    help with cutting advse

    hey friends,

I'm starting cutting and I want to know whether I should workout daily, every other day or just three days a week? And how long do u think I will start seeing results, 6wks, 10wks, or 14wks? Not on AAS this time.

    thanks

I am just finishing a 3 month cut, the results came fast and then gradually slowed down as the time went on. I still lost a ton of fat though. I would workout 5 days a week and as much cardio on empty in the morning as possible. If that is too much drop a day from the workouts and focus on cardio instead. That is where you are going to get cut up the workouts are secondary. I would shoot for 60min 5 days a week, I did that plus other cardio actvity 3-4 days a week and dropped about 12lbs and went from about 20%BF to 14%.

Keep the diet clean, no alcohol. Make sure you are loading up on BCAA's with a little time left doing cardio, they help retain muscle and without AAS you are at a higher risk to lose it along with the fat.
