Tell me what you think. My current goal is to maintain muscle size/strength until next cycle and shed a little fat (Already pretty lean).

Day 1 - Chest/Tris
Day 2 - Back/Bis
Day 3 - Abs/Cardio
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Shoulders
Day 6 - Abs/Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

I have pretty large arms and a buddy of mine said muscles like tris/bis should be worked more then once a week. He said have a day to just arms on friday or my arms will shrink. I understand that i cant lift as much after chest/back but that doesnt mean they arent getting a good workout i just see it as finishing them off with a good 2-3 hard sets. Opinions?
