I KNOW U ALL ARE REALLY BUSY W OTHER PPL, ANYTHING WILL HELP
Ok everyone this may sound a little dumb, but i want to learn the right way, so i know what im doing for now on.im humbling myself here so work w me plz. So ive been working out for about 4 years now, and i totally fell in love with it. Ive been reading aroung here for over a month now trying to suck in all i can. Ive had a good workout i believe but when im reading on here and you guys mention the workout names, IM CLUELESS as to what you are talking about. I mean i know some of them bench squat, dead lift , the main lifts. But i dont know what the actual workout is when someone says the excercise. Can someone help me by directing me to a site maybe that will show a picture of the workout and the name of it. I read mens fitness and I get some info out of there , but to be honest with all of you i should know alot more than i do now, for being in the gym for four years. I have went to the gym and watched ppl and learned a million excersices.(so i do do alot of excersices) But I really wanna get a whole regimen set up so bad. So i know what im doing everyday . Ive been told so many diff things from ppl, and i want to just stop all the confusion and stop questioning myself on if im doing this right. I dont wanna waste my time. heres just a little info on what i would do in the gym for the week. And mind you i dont know what the excercises are called. i know im dumb :/
mon- back and bis
tues chest and tri
wed-shoulders/traps
thurs-legs
each day i do a little abs.
and then sometimes i will go a week with just doing one excersize a day. i need to learn what days i should do what, and RESTING!! I have such a hard time resting cuz i love being at the gym, but i know its THE MOST important aspect of it all.
ANd i dont want you guys to get the understanding like im the guy who goes to the gym and bs's the whole time. i go in there and i go HARD!! i sweat hard when i work out with weights. I take it very seriously i just want to get a solid foundation. and if anyone is willing to help me. I will listen to them completely. I do not expect ANYONE to spoon feed me. I will work hard to get this set up. Im also in the process of setting up my diet now, so im working really hard at this. I want it bad. I will read and read all you guys want. I just need a little direction, and i willl do whatever it is you want from me.
