    Need HIT advice

    I train HIT style, three days a week. Two sets for my big muscles one for my smaller muscles. I used to do two sets for bis and tris, but cut back to one each. I'm not seeing the progress in my arms as much as I'd like and need some input from someone with some HIT experience.

    are you going to failure each set?

    Of course. Usually positive failure around 6-8, then I do two or three rest pause reps if I don't have a spot for forced reps. Tempo is usually about 2-3 up, 2 hold, 3-5 sec negative.
