Current Workout schedule is following:
Day 1 - Chest/Bi's
Day 2 - Legs/Abs
Day 3 Off
Day 4 Shoulders/Tri's
Day 5 Back/traps
Day 6 Off
Day 7 Off
Was thinking about not taking the Day 3 off and working out Day's 1-5 with Days 6 & 7 Off. My goal is to bulk up to 195 then cut. Would changing to working out days 1-5 have any more benefit? If so how would you recommend splitting the body parts?
