How long do your workouts last?

I've heard it countless times that working out for less than an hour is most effective because that's when your testosterone (natural) is at its peak.

My workouts usually last about 45-60 mins. I usually get in about 16 sets with each muscle.
(keep in mind I have a 5 day split)

How many reps per set ?

I do 100 reps per body part. Usually 4 exercises and 5 sets of 5. Making good progress with this at the moment.

This usually takes about 45 mins , five day split also

I'm doing a 4 day split now...my own type of "volume" training.

I'm in and out of the gym in about 35-45 min (except leg day, where I'll be there for a good hour).

If you don't mind me asking what does your 4 day split look like?

My workouts tend to be around an hour and 15 minutes. Depends on how long my rest periods are on the major lifts.

I kinda prolong my gym time so i'm there from 1hr 15 minutes to 2 hours sometimes. But it looks something like this
15 minutes stretching in the sauna
    10 minutes warming up on a tread mill 3.5mph at 15 degree's
30-45 minutes of wieghts depending on what muscles
15 minutes of interval sprints on treadmill
Down my Post work out shake
15 more minutes in the sauna

I could probably get everything done a lot faster especially being on a 4 day split but the gym is my personal time away from home and the wife and kid.

if i'm using a 3 day split my workouts tend to be around 1hr 30mins-1hr 45mins depending on what i'm working
if i'm using a 4 day split around 1hr MAX per work out.

40-45mins usually doing HIT phases. Sometimes less.

When using a higher volume phase, 45-60mins.

I also do a lot of heavy sets my partner and I usually warm up for about 10 minutes, lift for about an 60-90 minutes then a 20 minute run. I like to allow 3 minutes in between sets to allow my phosphocreatine levels to replenish.
