In need of a new program...help!!!
Stats:
72 inches
212 lbs
33 yrs.
training for 16 years....4 solid.
16% bf (not worried about that now.. will cut in march.)
Can workout everyday, I'd rather not though. Need the rest to grow.
Goals are to gain mass through the winter months. A lot of it.
I've been on the program on the main page of this site for 12 weeks and have put on really nice gains over the last 12 weeks with my cycle...
I'm off now and planning to go back on in 4 weeks. I need to find a new routine, and yes there are many out there and I have done many of them.
My diet is rather clean, with one cheat day a week. Average day is 4400 cals.
I think thats rather high, however, I have it that high to gain mass and a lot of it. Any suggestions?? On routines, that is.

A few come to mind, I'm not sure what workout you are talking about, so I'll go there and see what I could suggest for you to transition into. Do you want something to work on a specific weaker area? If you post some pics I could make some suggestions based on apparantly lacking bodyparts, if there are any. Lifting heavy and keeping it simple sounds like something that would accomplish what you want. If you could tell me your set/rep/poundage ranges that would help as well, also any injuries or lifts that cause you discomfort would be helpful.

Give us a typical weekly workout schedule from what you've been doing recently, thats what i'd need to suggest a change in your program. i have a common goal to gain winter mass; i can tell you what sort of program i plan to follow, if your interested, but also give us an idea of what your diet is... maybe just a list of your daily mealtimes and what you usually eat at those meals

Also go to the diet section and look for the AR remote trainer thread, you should jump in on that twelve week challange as it should be the time when you begin your next cycle.
