training for 16 years....4 solid.
16% bf (not worried about that now.. will cut in march.)
Can workout everyday, I'd rather not though. Need the rest to grow.
Goals are to gain mass through the winter months. A lot of it.
I've been on the program on the main page of this site for 12 weeks and have put on really nice gains over the last 12 weeks with my cycle...
I'm off now and planning to go back on in 4 weeks. I need to find a new routine, and yes there are many out there and I have done many of them.
My diet is rather clean, with one cheat day a week. Average day is 4400 cals.
I think thats rather high, however, I have it that high to gain mass and a lot of it. Any suggestions?? On routines, that is.
