    Pecs uneven

Through out the last year of traning I've been getting some decent gains, I really hit the pecs hard because I need improvement there.
Heres the problem, my left pec is growing and responding faster than my right. My left outer pec is alot more fuller and dense.

    Anyone ever have this problem?

I was thinking maybe doing extra sets of dumbell presses with only right side?!?

I have roughly the same problem as you do, I am leaning the other way a bit to compensate just as the above poster mentioned.

I would agrees with what is being said. You could be wrong about this. It's hard to tell. You could also have a rib cage that's not perfectly symmetrical and is slightly out or in on one side giving this effect while the actual muscle is the same size. You could also have indeed one side bigger like many arms legs etc if one is used more than the other. The only way to be certain is to use both sides as much as you can at the same time. If you are bench pressing and you finish off some sets with one arm coming up before the other to rack the weight you're using a side a bit more. Over time it can make a slight difference. I'd stick with the bench press and just make sure you are doing it evenly. You might be in a habit you're not aware of. Video yourself and see.

I had the same prob but with my inner upper chest. My right side had a nice hard connection point and was defined and my left side lagged behind. A friend showed me a while back ( a couple of years ago) that I wasn't extending on incline flies with the left like I was the right and it fixed it...eventually.

I would focus on my form. I would not do extra exercise for one side and not the other.
