Quick cutting - Need a six pack in about a week.

    so,

i hate cardio. i actually total despise it, but i realize its going to be a necessary evil for this one. I am currently in a bulking phase (winter) however i was just offered a job as a model, and they requested i cut a few pounds. i am currently at around 15% bf... aiming to be 10-11%. i want to do this as quickly as possible - with a few no nos: first: no stimulants. second: no running. i am looking to focus on cutting only fat however i realize losing some muscle is inevitable. i am willing to adopt any diet, however ridiculous as long as it gets me cut QUICK. healthy or unhealthy doesnt matter.

    thanks for the read.

wow. cardio will have a great effect. i suggest multiple cardio sessions. of HIIT training.

have you posted this in the diet section. diet is the key to dropping the fat.

and for 1 week i dont see how the hell that is possible. but goodluck

If you're prepping for a photoshoot a diuretic will help give the illusion of less bodyfat, but you would be lucky to drop 1% in a week if you did a lot of cardio and ate to cut

you need to eat lots of good fats... take 5g CLA and omega 3-6-9... and HIT, stair sprints and hill sprints 20-30 mins twice a day

Almost impossible, depending on the condition you are in, 15% BFT isn't high but depends where most of your fat is store (ex. Mid-section,glutes,etc). But don't say never unless you try it. Cut your diet significantly, keep fat, sodium, carbs to a minimum. If you hate cardio, then HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) is key, try to concentrate on explosive movements, such as jump squats, plyometrex, or at least those type of exercise in between sets. Time those HIIT and make sure at the end of the work out it atleast sums up to 30 minutes. Good Luck dude.

Next time try planning ahead. You sound like my co worker who needed to drop 30+ lbs in 2 months for a family reunion. He did it then gained it all back shortly after and had his first heart attach at age 45.
Trying to do to much to fast is very hard on your system/heart.

I guess my first question is wondering if your truly 15% or under estimating like most people. You may be able to drop 0.5-1% in a week but any more then that would cause muscle loss and not decrease your BF%.
