    Workout advice needed

    hi, guys. I am planning on doing a 3 week cycle on CEL m-drol. My main goal is to gain as much muscle mass as possible. I was wondering if anybody could recommend a workout routine geared towards bulking. Also if you have any advice regarding m-drol I would love to know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.     I'd sure be willing to help with the routine, first things first, tell me your stats, ht/wt/age/lifting experience, also how many days a week you are available to lift and what routine you have been on recently, posting pictures would be a huge help as well. Second, go to the diet section and find a thread entitled AR remote trainer challange, and enroll in that, I think it would be perfect timing and help you alot.

    Easy
    1)Lift Heavy ass wieghts, barbells, dumbells, leave the nautilus machines to the softball coaches
    2)Eat tons of food....you just ate..do you fill full? Yes? well good..now go eat again.....
    3)Now after you've done all that, go lift some more heavy ass wieghts

    thanks for the replies, my stats are as follows:

    height - 6 ft
    weight - 175 lbs
    age - 24
    lifting experience - 4 years

    I am available to lift everyday of the week although I doubt that would be necessary. Before this I haven't really gone on a fixed routine however I was told by a trainer to do compound exercises and go for about six sets of six reps. He also said I should be lifting my max for every exercise. I haven't had great results and i think that is mainly because of a fast metabolism and not being a hundred percent committed. If you could tell me what routine would work well for a bulking cycle it would really help me a lot. Also I am hoping to start my cycle on Monday because all of my supps have arrived. Thanks

    also, i have a bottle of purus labs organ shield for on cycle support. How would you recommend dosing it and should I split the doses out through the day or should I take them all at once. Thanks

    Just like jdb3 said eat eat eat and eat, but clean......my first cycle i gained 36lbs . Lift as heavy as possible .

    Concentration Curls



    Tuesday, Friday - 6x6

    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Incline Dumbbell Press
    Dips
    Push Ups
    Sit Ups

    Yes, this would work, simple and wouldn't stay on it for too long, but should do what you want it to for the cycle.
