work out times when working nights HELP !!!
i have just started a new job working nights as a security guard but i all so have have job as a doorman at the weekend and i go to uni also, im just wondering could someone hlep me if i post my time table and my work out and let me know the best way and how to fit in my diet to cheers,
monday uni 9am till 4pm
tuesday uni 2 till 4 pm
wednesday work 4.30 pm till 7.30 am (thursday)
thursday work 4.30 pm till 7.30 am (friday)
friday work 9 pm till 1.30 am (saturday)
saturday 9 pm till 1.30 am (sunday)
sunday 7.30pm till 7.30am (monday)
monday i dont want to work out monday because as you can see it is a very full day and im normaly nodding off at the end of uni.
tuesday i was going to work out after uni at 4.30
wednesday i was going to work out at about 3 pm
thursday the same
friday the same
saturday the same
sunday off
my work out
tuesday chest and tris
wednesday back and bis
thursday legs
friday shoulders
saturday bis and tris
now im struggling with how to fit my diet into tese mad day can anyone help me
