i find it helps doing compound lifts. to increase forearm size. and over arm size as well. e.g. dead lifts.
maybe you should post your split in more detail incline exercises sets and reps.

Forearms should not need to be worked into a 3 or more exercise routine with four or more sets of 10-15 reps.
I don't like the workout so much, but how much I don't like it depends, what are your stats? Age/Ht/Wt/Lifting Experience. What are you trying to accomplish with your routine (other than to have Popeye like forearms)?
