Leg Workouts
So heres the crack, great upper body naturally good legs and looking for giant legs along with the extra test that it produces
Ok so i went to the gym today really up for a huge leg workout since iv never completed one before.
I pick up a 30kg dumbbell put it across my shoulders and do 6 deep squats it felt good, i then get the 6foot barbell put 50kg on and my wrist cannot support it i cannot get it in a comfortable position i then rack it and go blast my shoulders...
Its not the weight its the form! i just cannot squat i need help with it, i could do with it :/ please help

Your wrists cannot support it? I may be confused but you said that your upper body is great? Have you googled any videos on how to squat? The link I posted below is off a website that my university uses to teach proper form to students and learn mechanics.

No like my wrist was in a bad postion and it put strain on then i was put off im going to attempt tomorrow! thanks for the site
