wow so i think i may have worked my legs way to hard. I just got into lifting big weight with my legs and 3 days ago i did some calf raises on the smith machine standing on a couple plates so get a good strech on the negitive.. i cant walk still unless i stand there for 5 min and let my calves expand while is feel like their taring off.. when can i expect this to go away and what can i make the pain easier with... first time this has ever happened. i use to get this same thing when i over did my biceps where a few days after my arms were hard to push straight.
