    Pain!!

    wow so i think i may have worked my legs way to hard. I just got into lifting big weight with my legs and 3 days ago i did some calf raises on the smith machine standing on a couple plates so get a good strech on the negitive.. i cant walk still unless i stand there for 5 min and let my calves expand while is feel like their taring off.. when can i expect this to go away and what can i make the pain easier with... first time this has ever happened. i use to get this same thing when i over did my biceps where a few days after my arms were hard to push straight.

    Been there, I have had to strap Lidocaine patches to my calves just to walk before. This is normal and you will be fine, you just hit your calves REALLY hard so go just short of that next time.

    yeah deffinatly going lighter next time until they get built up a bit!!

    drink a TON of water and stretch them out often.....the beauty of a good workout

    Hah yeah in a way I dont mind it because I know I did a good job beating them bad.
