    Ab Workout Routine

    I'm looking to lose some belly fat, and gain some muscle around my midsection. I've already got the base for a six pack; all I'd have to do to get that is not eat for 3 weeks. What I'm interested in is how you build the muscles on the side of your abs. Without'em a six pack seems a little incomplete...

    These muscles on the sides of your abs are called the abdominal obliques. Here's a link to a site that shows lots of good exercises to build these muscles. Hope it helps.

    Hanging leg raises and leg lifts with a stability ball in between your feet.

    Im doing p90 x and " ab ripper x " is a s.o.b. See if you can download it.

    However, as you know its all about diet and cardio......
