just a few quick questions about my workout schedule. it consists of; chest and bi's, back and tri's, shoulders, legs, and an extra day where i hit certain things that i feel necessary. i do abs everyday and cardio 3x a week. i will usually take 1 day off which is usually sunday. i was just wondering if there is a better way to split days. i have worked out since the 8th grade and i am a junior in college. the problem is that i have always been told what to lift on days cause i played football in high school and i played d1 football but had to quit playing because of dislocating my shoulder and patella tendon. with high school and college we had a football specific workout program and i am not trying to train to play football. any help with splits and different workouts would be appreciated
