Good Training Routine books
Guys,
I'm an old bodybuilder who got back in the gym a few years ago.
I'm not up to speed on most of the new training techniques.
I've hit a plateau, and really don't know how to keep changing things up.
Are there any books you would recommend that have many different style training programs in it? Bulk, cut, HIT, 10x10, etc....
I just don't have the time to scour the internet and pick and choose.
thanks

I recommend anything by Human Kinetics. Most big universities use their books for course and they are very well put together.
