Hi I was watching a video and it said something about the muscles fascia and how it stretch's and how the muscle can only get as big as the fascia stretch's, does anyone know if this would be a good work out plant. for the first week do high reps and low weights to stretch out the fascia then for the next week do lower reps and higher weight to try and build into the newly stretched fascia and soo on... do you think this will work? it might be a newbie question but it just seemed like the most logical approach to this? can someone explain to me why this might not work?
