    cardo before weight after or not at all ??

    for the last two hours i have been reading many articles, threads and any information i can find on building lean muscle and loosing body fat. all have convincing theorys and facts to back their conclusion up...

    not sure on which direction i will be takeing can anybody help and advise me from their personal exsperiance?

    I find cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to be the best time (for me) - Doing it before weights uses some of the energy I should be devoting to my weight session and after weights just prolongs the time before my post work out meal! Or if you ive with your girlfriend wake her up (because otherwize its rape) and **** her for 20 mins each morning!
    I hope this helps you and yes the last one isnt a longterm soution I know!

    At the begining of a cardio work-out a person typically spends the first 20 minutes burning thru the carbs in there body before it starts burning from the body itself. With that said, if your going to do cardio in the same session as lifting the food carbs would be better spent towards your pumps and by the time your done lifting the carbs should be out of your system before you even begin cardio.

    I bet if you make it a priority you can find several 30-45 minute breaks in your weekly schedule where you can knock out cardio other than prior to working out. That would be my advice.

    On my days off work Iv been doin caddie am weights pm but find my self makers for the weights

    Given time constraints (work, family etc...) I'd say after you train put your focus on the weight training as builing muscle should be a priority (more muscle= more cals burned) Plus you'll be depleting your glycogen stores, Then hit up your cardio and you'll be gtg! Cardio before a workout has never made any sense to me (a warm up is not cardio)

    Always after my workout routine when I am doing cardio.
