soon I'll start my TRT which consist of Test Cyp, Deca and Anavar, and i like to take advantage and workout as hard as i can to gain muscle and lose fat. my diet is taken care of, but I like to fine tune my workout! here is my current schedule, I don't mind working the same muscle group twice a week if that will contribute to muscle gain and fat loss!
Monday: legs (includes calves)
Tuesday: chest, triceps
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: back, biceps
Friday: shoulder, calves
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: cardio
i will do 15 minute LI cardio after every workout!
