    Workout Schedule while on TRT

    soon I'll start my TRT which consist of Test Cyp, Deca and Anavar, and i like to take advantage and workout as hard as i can to gain muscle and lose fat. my diet is taken care of, but I like to fine tune my workout! here is my current schedule, I don't mind working the same muscle group twice a week if that will contribute to muscle gain and fat loss!

    Monday: legs (includes calves)
    Tuesday: chest, triceps
    Wednesday: cardio
    Thursday: back, biceps
    Friday: shoulder, calves
    Saturday: cardio
    Sunday: cardio

    i will do 15 minute LI cardio after every workout!

    You're current routine looks similar to mine.

    Monday: legs/calves
    Tuesday: chest/tris
    Wednesday: back/bi
    Thursday: shoulders/calves

    I don't do cardio. With your goals you're routine alongside trt should show good results.

    i found myself doing better on trt than cycle, no sides like appetite loss. slower but better gains and better well being

    the clinic offered me hgh as well, but the cost is way out there! thanks for the input guys, it helps with my future decisions!
