I will soon be doing a test enanthate cycle and I have been thinking about mixing it up a bit.
I have been doing a 5-split the last months and I've had steady results with it, however, sometimes I feel like I should hit the muscle more than once every one week. (I know certain muscles are hit many times because of different compounds throughout the week). I just feel like going back to 3-split again, especially when I am going to cycle because of the increased restitution.
What are your thoughts and reflections on this?
