Ok so Im trying to include some cardio into my training. Im only adding 20 mins every 3 days and if i feel i should, ill add more later on.
My question is what should I be aiming my heart rate at? And should I be keeping it in that for the whole 20 mins (so warm up and get in the zone before starting work cardio?). I kept it at 135 bpm today with relative ease?

21 years of age (22 on Saturday!)
17.5 stone / 111 kg / 245 pounds
5'11
BF is around 15 - 17 at a guess I can see abdominals
My usual style of training is for strength and I have done 1 strong man show in the past. But after seeing that most strong men look like shit I have moved into a bodybuiding training resheme and hope to compete in my first show this year (maybe march)
