Break my pr's in the raw bench (450) and pull (650). I think i can do it but i am coming off basically a year off.
Make the extended scale on the army PT test again, I can do the run and the push ups. I'm just absolutely terrible at sit ups.
Nice! I'm still working on my resolutions for the 2001 New Year! LOL jk!
One thing that I've struggled with and have been working on is better time management. Learn how to incorporate better nutrition - not only for myself but for my family as well. Make a designated time to work out as opposed to working out when I'm able to.
