    Question E.D.T. (escalating density training)

Does anybody do this routine? I have been researching it and want to try it. What kind of gains do you guys have? any tips while doing this routine? i've been doing the same basic pyramid stuff for a year and a half. start with my lowest weight 12 times then add weight 10 times then add weight 8 times etc. i have plateaued in strength and gains (they go hand in hand lol) but any suggestions or tips would be great, going for hypertrophy and the best lean muscle mass. heres my stats
    6'1
    235
    13% body fat roughly
19 years old 20 in april
    been lifting for 2 years
    never cycled,
    thanks guys

edit: also interested in the pendulum routine in the sticky about routines. would love to hear if anyone uses any of these routines and which works best?

If what you have been already doing is working for you then simply increase ur calorie intake to produce new gains

There i no need to do facey training routines

Just train hard, balls to the wal, 100%, every rep every set and overeat

Head over to the diet section and post ur current diet and routine up for critique

Id say that you simply need to eat more

its not working. i was doing dc for close to a year and switched now i'm doing
    mon- chest tri- heavy day
    tues- back bi- heavy
    wed- legs heavy
    thurs- chest tri light day
    fri- back bi light
    sat- shoulders
    sund off
i dunno if this is over kill or what but, i hate training muscle groups once a week, so i'm lookin for a new routine that i can stick to. I got to 240 in less than 2 years without gear but i'm at a plateau my lifts haven't gone up forever. need advice ha
