    Cheating

    When do you cheat more? at mass gaining or when curving?
    How often do you cheat? first set, last set, all sets?
    On which exercises do you cheat the most?

    dont cheat myself but asuming it will be the last set off each exercise... ters a few cheat workouts in this months fm magasine

    I cheat on heavy movements from time to time such as heavy curls or laterals.... always hurts the next day.

    I cheat on squats. I know I should take hammies to calves but some days I will put under me and when my ass hits the bench I come right back up.
