Almost underweight but still too much BF

I am 26 5'9 130lbs on a good day my bf% is around 12.6% my goal is to try and aim for 10% or better but at this point I don't want to lose anymore weight, On paper I am fit good resting heart heart low cholesterol and so on but in the mirror I have no muscle definition at all, I perform resistance training four days a week and I moved my cardio down from three days to two I eat very healthy and get a large amount of protien everyday from either fish, chicken breast or ground turkey, I have been taking Creatine but haven't noticed any chance in mass at all, Can anyone give me any advice on what steps I should take next?

Sorry if this has been posted before there are a lot of threads and I am still going through all of them

How long have you been at the combination of diet, weight training, and cardio? As for dropping your cardio down to two days a week I really suggest against that as you will most likely not be able to drop as much bf% as you would like. Besides that, why would you want to drop it down lower at that weight anyways it will only make you look smaller and bf% in the twelves isn't bad. I suggest quit worrying so much and eat to put on the muscle and follow ACSM recommendations for cardio.

At this point going down a few more pounds isnt going to matter much. I would aim for leaning out below 10% and then building back up.

honestly that bf% seems off, how did you measure it. 130lbs at 5'9" is skinny. i would focus more on eating more and building muscle. you say your diet is good so post it for us to see and maybe you can get more help

I had it tested two months ago at my gym but I use clippers at home every other week

I completely agree with you but then again look at supermodels they notoriously have high bf%.
