Dips - Chest Or Tri Day?
I Usually do weighted dips on my Tri day but I've also read its better on chest day? Any Opinions?

I have ran routines where it do them on both days. Elbows and arms closer to your body with a more upright angle will target your tri's more. Elbows and arms further away from your body with a more bent over angle with target the chest more. One exercise that depending how your form is will hit one muscle group harder than the other.

I usually do them as straight up as possible but I do feel it in my shoulders and chest usually on my last set when i'm pretty exhausted.

Tri's day is my chest as well. Do them together with compound movements first, and finish with dips.

I do weighted dips on chest day as my very last exercise. 4 sets of 15 with a weighted chain belt leaning forward. Leaning forward works your outer sweeps on your chest, straight up works triceps.

I like ot do chest and tri's on the same day and dips is a great way to finish the chest and really prime the tri's.
