    how much abb?

    how much of an abb workout should be done? i have been weight lifting hardcore for prob about 2 years. things are def on the right path but i slack so much in abbs. i have a bit of a stomach on me but thats the only place i have fat left. what is a good abb work out routine?

    Sounds more like a diet problem than anything else. Have you checked the diet forum?

    enough to balance to the strength you develop in your lower back.

    yea ive been to the diet forum. been working hardcore on my diet. it used to be crap so now im just trying to get tips on some abb workouts so i can start taking care of the issue full bore.

    you won't see your abbs till you get down to 10% or lower BF.. to do that you need to focus more on cardio then abb work outs..

    You already have abs. They are covered in fat. After a while, you will start to see the upper abs as you lose fat. That is the point at which people start looking for advice on how to work their "lower abs," which is the wrong question to be asking. Just lose more fat, and the lower abs will show up, too. Men put fat first right under the belly button, all the way across, and over on the sides and lower back. As you add more fat, it goes higher on the abdomen. Losing it is the exact opposite order, and there is no such thing as spot reduction.
