    Changing routine?

I have been doing the same workout for 4 months now.Chest and tri's,back and bi's,shoulders, legs.I do 2 on 1 off. I am very happy with the results so far(of course everyhting needs improverment). Anyway I am wondering if it would be beneficial to change routines? I am thinking,bi's and tri's,shoulders and chest, back, legs. Does it help to try and trick muscles? Tell me what you guys think about the routine? Thanks.

Switching your routine and timing is really up to you and yes it will benefit your muscles to trick them with a different schedule. Just make sure you get sufficient rest and try and schedule the big two (squat and deadlift) as far apart as possible.

I have always had luck with changing in and out 1 work out every few weeks.. that way something is always being worked differently. that way ur also not changing ur entire routine which most people get comfortable with. so its gradually changed.

Also keeping the same routine can get freaking boring.

Barbell is best for building mass however if you have shoulder problems dumbells are a better option.
