hey just curious, is there a formula to get an idea what your body fat is or do you have to have a tool to determine that?

I think you really need some type of aparatus to get a somewhat accurate result.

I would say maybe around 18%. You already have a solid base going.

Thanks. I'll have to figure out where to get it measured. I researched the caliper think linked above, but it does not look like that can be done without the assistance of another person.
