Im currently doing
Chest/ tris on one day
Back bis on another
Legs and abs
Shoulders / bicep triceps.
Does this look okay?
i do alot of boxing and jiu jitsu in the evenings. should i take any days off between weight workouts?

I personally wouldn't do Bi's and Tri's twice.
Maybe Chest/Tris, Back, Legs, Delts/Bis... Train Abs twice a week after pwo Cardio.
working out a body part once or twice a week should depend on the size of your workout
if you are looking for workout exercises or routines you should check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ i find they have a ton of useful info exercises and workout routines
