I can gain literally inches on my arms as soon as i start a cycle but my legs are sticks....
can you guys give me a routine to so (i heard twice a week) as i am going to try to concentrate on legs this cycle .

Squat, squat and more squat
Big and heavy twice a week
feet close together and wide
Lunges, leg press,Stiff leg deads, Calf raise
ok im gonna concentrate on it this time....
how deep do you go when you squat ?
When you squat. Go as deep as you can with perfect form which means your back not rounding at all and your knee not traveling in front of your foot.
did em today.... i think ill be sore tomorrow !!
Im the opposite my arms dont grow :S
All begginers need are squats..
u can do them 3 times a week if you are eaitng enough and tyour CNS permits it.
3x10
5x5
and
1x20
will get you some sitmulation to grow.. Remember to eat! and add weight each session.
