Training program for cutting up ? ? ?
Hi room, new here
My first time in serious training for defintion and getting CV look
Previously been pyramid training .. changing routines every 6 weeks
also drop sets
I have never trained souly on defintion mainly on bulking and from my weight and BF thinks its time to.
Height - 5 10ft
Weight - 95 kilo
BF-20%
Age- 21
looking to train 4 days a week with my days off 30-45min cardio first thing in the morning
any ideas on training routines or ideas on times to train would be apprecited !

Just follow a basics 4 day split utalising all of the big compound lifts
Squat
Deadlift
Barbell row
Benchpress
Millitary press
Add some isolation movements for a rounded off routine
Barbell curls
Incline curls
Preacher curls
Tricep pushdowns
Scull crushers
Side laterals
Rear laterals
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Calf raises
Seated calf raises
Etc.....
The list goes on and on
If ur looking to loose weight ur training should not differ greatly form a routine to gain weight
Diet and cardio is the answer here
Strict and lots of it

Cheers mate would you say maybe slightly more reps and slightly lower weight than normal ?
or to carry on with pyramid and drop some drop sets ?
Do you think a anavar and winny cycle will give me results
looking at 50mg var ED and 1/2 ml winny ED
was thinking mayb just trying the var due to my BF
6 week course
