My right lag is bigger then my left beacuse i used to shoot bow alot and for my school. since shooting bow ive gained almost 100 pounds was 135 6% bf now 226 15% bf, so my strength has gone up. My strength in the lats has no difference which shox the hell outa me. But what can i do to even them up? some ppl say to do a couple extra reps/sets on my left but wouldnt that increase that sides conditioning compared to the other and just worsen the difference but in a different way? any help would be greatly appreciated.
