    Question One lat bigger then the other

    My right lag is bigger then my left beacuse i used to shoot bow alot and for my school. since shooting bow ive gained almost 100 pounds was 135 6% bf now 226 15% bf, so my strength has gone up. My strength in the lats has no difference which shox the hell outa me. But what can i do to even them up? some ppl say to do a couple extra reps/sets on my left but wouldnt that increase that sides conditioning compared to the other and just worsen the difference but in a different way? any help would be greatly appreciated.

    also when doing my lat poses i find it alittle harder to control my left side to get a good hard flex and full feeling like the right.

    I had/have this problem. It used to be really noticeable and now barely at all.

    Try one are lat pulldowns. Start with your weak side and only do as many reps with the strong side as the weak side could do. Make sure you go as heavy as you can while keeping good form.

    Same thing for one arm seated rows.

    By doing things one handed it doesn't let the bigger side cheat for the smaller.

    Another thing that helped mine out (prolly the most) was wide grip pullups. Go all the way to lockout and keep the movement slow and controlled. Make sure both sides pull up evenly. I start my back night with 5 sets of 8-10.
